David Scarsella
The man behind the Wokon concept is David Scarsella. David
is an ex-pat Aussie, former professional footballer for Barnsley
and enthusiastic advocate for the whole Wokon ethos. He's
also Wokon's restaurant manager.
Michael Turner
Michael is head chef. Originally from the Far East, he's
spent the last three years honing his Oriental cooking skills
working in the kitchens of Australian and Asian restaurants.
Louisa Ladanza
Originally from the glamourous O.C. part of the world, this
Californian girls' passion, enthusiasm, and friendly nature
help ensure all guests enjoy the Wokon experience to the
full.
Johnny
Originally from Oz, works showing his enthusiastic cooking skills by adding new flavours and recipes to the Wokon menu. Collecting his skills from an array of Australian and Asian Restaurants.
Andy
This Doncaster lad loves to cook... Asian style! Using his experience of travelling in South East Asia, he likes to bring a touch of authentic Chinese and Malaysian cuisine to Wokon.
